This will never be an e-commerce site, because the process of building a custom wheelset should be just that — a customized process. We use our knowledge, gained by nearly two decades of expercience, to guide you in selecting the best materials possible that will build you a wheel that suits you perfectly.

We begin every build with an interview to learn about the consumer, their needs, objectives and desires, and the bike that the wheels are to be used on. Once all of the key elements involved in the build are decided upon, a realistic time frame for completion will be provided.

Of course, some custom options may take longer than other, but we always work hard to ensure a timely delivery. One of our key objectives is to always set accurate expectations as to need, cost and delivery.
